Nothing sounds like a pure vacuum tube amplifier. Retubing your amplifier with the best choice of new tubes is the smartest and least expensive way to get great tone. Fast, clean sound with smooth top end and nice soundstaging. These tube types are popular for Hi-Fi amps and guitar amps alike. It is a good idea to buy a spare set of output tubes to have them on hand when one eventually fails.
Preamp tubes make a great difference in the dynamics and tonal qualities of an amplifier. When you are ready to place an order, give us a call to discuss what is best for your particular amplifier and have the tube types ready. Other than a spare set of output tubes, please don't buy more tubes than you will actually use as we can't accept returns of tubes due to their finite nature.
